About Us
B.O.O.S.T. was created in 2022 by former Division 1 athlete, special educator, and licensed clinical social worker, Lauren Sirus (Loyola Chicago ‘02). Through her experiences in the arenas of education, athletics, and mental health, Lauren recognized the importance of mental health positivity coaching within youth populations that strive for performance excellence. In addition, she recognized the value of leadership collaboration with the adult leaders of programs that educate and train these young people. Therefore, Lauren set out to build an practice focused on mental performance enhancement and mental health support for developing ambitious achievers.
